An apparatus for drying bulk dielectric materials includes a working chamber equipped with the loading and unloading devices and conveying unit, emitters of super-high frequency electromagnetic wave placed in the upper section of the working chamber in its length, dust collector and device for material blowing installed in the working chamber. A conveying unit is arranged as a vibrating screen, and the device for material blowing is arranged as fans placed under the vibrating screen by its length.
