<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear bumper structure preventing a front part of a container from being contact with a rear bumper during an unloading work of the container without limiting an applicable vehicle type in a cargo handling vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This rear bumper 9 provided in a rear part of a vehicle body frame 1 is constituted of a fixed bumper 10 fixed to the vehicle body frame 1 in a projecting state to the rear side of the vehicle body frame 1 and a pair of right and left movable bumpers 11 mounted to be rotatable forward and backward on both sides of a vehicle width direction of the fixed bumper 10. The pair of movable bumpers 11 are made rotatable forward and backward by a single bumper cylinder 41.
