The present invention relates to a video recording and alarming system for preventing approach, more specifically comprising: a plurality of monitoring parts formed around roads or in an inaccessible area, and including a power means receiving heat energy of the sun and supplying power, a video recording means recording a video of approaching wild animals and people to generate image information, an identification means identifying a target based on the image information generated by the video recording means to generate identification information, an alarm means generating an alarm sound and an alarm light in accordance with the identification information generated in the identification means, and a unit communications means transmitting the image information generated by the video recording means to the central communications means; and central control part including a central communications means receiving the image information transmitted from the unit communications means, and a display means displaying the image information received through the central control part. According to the present invention, an independent power using a solar cell, a high performance rechargeable battery or the like are secured in a certain area like around roads, an agricultural area or the like to simultaneously form an imaginary block wall and alarming with a sound wave, a light wave or the like to make wild animals or trespassers go back when an approach of the same is detected. It is visually displayed that wild animal appears in the area for a driver to prevent accident of wild animals caused by running vehicle, and damage to crops could be minimized. |
