Disclosed in the present invention is a glass fibre composition free of boron and fluorine, characterized in that it contains the following components in a particular formulation ratio: SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , SiO 2 + Al 2 O 3 , CaO, MgO, TiO 2 , ZnO, Na 2 O+K 2 O, Fe 2 O 3 .The process flow of the present invention is preferably ore selection†’ore crushing†’material proportioning†’melting in a kiln†’effusion through a platinum leakage plate†’wire drawing†’infiltrate coating†’precursor drying by baking. The composition of the present invention has superior mechanical performance (the tensile strength is increased by more than 15%, and the elastic modulus is increased by more than 5%) and corrosion resistance performance (acid - alkali corrosion resistance performance is increased by more than 20 times) compared to traditional E glass fibre, has a suitable forming temperature (<1280°C) and forming range (>80°C), good fibre forming performance, and can be produced on a large scale. |
