Femoral implant assembly for a knee prosthesis

The assembly (1) has femoral implants (10-40) having different dimensions, where each femoral implant includes an outer face (50) intended to cooperate with a patellar implant or a ball joint, and an inner face (60) provided with an anchoring unit for anchoring to a bone of a patient, especially with interposition of cement between the inner face and bone. Each femoral implant includes a distal part (70) and a front part (80) bounded on both the outer face and the inner face, where the distal parts of the femoral implants are identical, regardless of the dimensions of the femoral implants. The femoral implants are asymmetrical and unicompartmental.
