The dispenser apparatus (1) is attached to a wall by using a mounting plate (6), and has a dosing pump, which is operated by an actuating bar (41). An outlet portion (2) covers a discharge tube (31) of the dosing pump in a manner of hood. The outlet portion has a rectangular base plate (21) with a cut-out, and is arranged on a front side (22) of the base plate having a hood-shaped cover (24). Rails are integrally molded on the front side facing away from a rear side of the base plate, and extend linearly and parallel to the mounting plate.
