Apparatus for Modifying the Doppler Signature of a missile comprises a curved support 1a fixed to the missile M around its external periphery P and on the said support: radiating elements E capable of receiving and emitting electromagnetic waves, connecting lines L connecting the radiating elements together in pairs; and identical phase displacers D mounted on the connecting lines and introducing a phase displacement between an electromagnetic wave S received by a radiating element and the corresponding electromagnetic wave R sent back by the associated radiating element.
