PURPOSE:To simply construct an electromagnetic type eccentric vibration generator for facilitating a variation by composing a magnetic circuit intermittently between a rotational shaft and a circumferential unit which surrounds the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 9 which rotates synchronously with a shaft 4 is provided at the outer periphery of the shaft 4, and a magnetic unit 10 made of an electromagnet by a coil or a permanent magnet is mounted. A magnetic unit 11 for constructing a magnetic circuit is intermittently provided on a casing 1 corresponding to the unit 10. The rotor 9 is rotated by a motor which is composed of a stator 2 and a rotor 3, and a current is supplied to the rotor 3 via a brush 8 and a slip ring 7. The unit 10 of the rotor 9 and the unit 11 of the casing 1 repeatedly attract and repel each other upon rotating of the rotor 9, and its strength and the period are controlled by a current flowed to the rotor 3. The casing 1 is mounted through a base 6 on an article to be vibrated to transmit the vibration. Thus, the vibration can be simply controlled. This is adapted for flowing out, clamping and feeding a plastic material. |
