A display device with an integrated touch screen according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a panel which includes a plurality of drive electrodes and a plurality of sensing electrodes; a display driver IC which, if the panel operates in a touch drive mode, applies drive pulse to the drive electrodes and receives a sensing signal from the sensing electrodes and, if the panel operates in a display drive mode, applies a common voltage to the drive electrodes and the sensing electrodes; and a touch IC which generates and applies the drive pulse to the display driver IC, and receives the sensing signal from the display driver IC to sense whether the panel is touched, wherein the touch IC includes a sensing unit for sensing whether the panel is touched, and a touch sensing reference voltage having the same size as the minimum voltage of the drive pulse may be applied to the sensing unit.
