The present invention provides a graphene manufacturing method, and a graphene manufacturing device which includes the following: a transfer member transferring a laminate including graphene and a carrier film located on a first surface of the graphene to one direction; and a thermostatic bath for storing liquid at a temperature same or higher than the standard temperature for separating the carrier film from the graphene. The transfer member transfers the laminate toward the thermostatic bath, and the carrier film on the transferred laminate is separated from the graphene by heat of the liquid.
