A language learning system based on mobile application of the present invention includes a manager terminal, an app store and a mobile terminal. The manager terminal includes: a learning content input part where learning content is inputted; a learning content storing part storing the learning content inputted through the learning content input part; an app storing part storing a mobile app which is driven to display the learning content on the screen of the mobile terminal by a specific platform; and a communication part uploading the mobile app stored in the app storing part to the app store. The mobile terminal enables a learner to perform language learning through a platform screen displayed in the mobile terminal by downloading the mobile app in the app store and then displaying the learning content on the screen of the mobile terminal by the specific platform.
