A real time online auction device for meat of the present invention includes: a manipulating part receiving data and a user manipulation command; a storage part storing meat information and meat auction information; a communication part transceiving data with a carcass grade determiner terminal, a purchaser terminal, and a broker terminal; a camera part photographing a half carcass meat; an image processing part storing an image of the half carcass meat inputted from the camera part and transmitting the image when request information of the image is inputted from the carcass grade determiner terminal, the purchaser terminal, and the broker terminal through the communication part; a meat information processing part storing history information of the half carcass meat in the storage part and storing grade information of the half carcass meat in the storage part by receiving it from the carcass grade determiner terminal; and a meat auction processing part storing the highest bid in the storage part by detecting it from bid information of the half carcass meat by receiving the bid information from the broker terminal through the communication part.
