<p>A method for displaying a secondary window by the present invention comprises: a first step of permitting a note change signal to change a note displayed on a display unit; and a second step of displaying the secondary window between two notes while a first note outputted on the display unit moves towards one side of a window to gradually disappear and a new second note moves along the first note to gradually appear on the window. The unit capable of displaying a secondary window, the method for displaying a secondary window, and a recording medium having a program for displaying a secondary window according to the present invention are capable of displaying a secondary window not to cover a screen in which the note is displayed, displaying selected advertisements on the secondary window according to user tendencies, and increasing the efficiency of the secondary window by exposing the secondary window on a view area for a user.
