The present invention relates to a soil salt detergent comprises: 45-70 parts by weight of soil oxidizing agents; 25-50 parts by weight of at least one fertilizer ingredient selected from the group consisting of Mn-EDTA, MnSO_4, Zn-EDTA, ZnSO_4, Fe-EDTA, FeSO_4 and ferric citric acids; 2-9 parts by weight of organic acids; 1.5-5 parts by weight of thickening agents; and 0.1-1 parts by weight of surfactants based on 100 parts by weight of components for the lixivation and neutralization of sodium ions comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of magnesium nitrate, magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride, citric acid magnesium and magnesium acetate and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of potassium nitrate, potassium phosphate, potassium sulfate, potassium acetate, potassium citrate and the potassium hydroxide. The soil salt detergent reduces damage to plant growth by neutralizing the salt of soils having too much salt such as seashore landfill and the like and is able to easily and quickly decrease the salt concentration of soils by separating sodium ions from soils and supplying water.
