A dryer for kitchenware including a disinfected overgarment is disclosed. The dryer for kitchenware including a disinfected overgarment of the present invention includes: a housing having an opening and closing door and a drying room opened and closed by the opening and closing door; and a far-infrared rays generation means for drying hygienic items by radiating far-infrared rays while heated by the applied power and provided on each side wall or internal inner wall and all side walls, wherein the far-infrared rays generation means is formed to have a plate shape with the determined area and is installed on internal inner wall or each side wall of the drying room. According to the present invention, the far-infrared rays generation means has a plate shape with the determined area, thereby safely and completely drying disinfected overgarments or cooking utensiles or items by radiating an amount of far-infrared rays, and efficiently drying each item by the diffused inflection of far-infrared rays. |
