A polymer manufacture apparatus comprises: a first reception part which receives a first mixture in which monomers containing one among styrene monomers, methyl methacrylate monomers and 2-vinylpyridine monomers, and a polar solvent rapidly inducing polymerization speed are mixed; a second reception part which receives a second mixture in which an initiator containing alkyl lithium and the polar solvent rapidly inducing polymerization speed are mixed; a static mixer part which is connected to the first reception part and the second reception part and uniformly mixes the first mixture and the second mixture supplied from the first reception part and the second reception part, respectively; a reaction part which is connected to the static mixer part and has a loop type tube structure for running the uniformly mixed first mixture and second mixture in order to perform a polymerization reaction for forming polymers with the monomers; and a temperature control part which controls the temperatures of the static mixer part and reaction part in order to cause the polymerization reaction.
