The present invention relates to a terminal base for a transformer on which a core having a drum shape is mounted and, especially, a terminal base for a transformer which is capable of allowing the core to be mounted thereon horizontally and stably while maintaining an insulating distance between the core and the terminal part by forming a recessed accommodating space and core fixing protrusions and of maintaining the insulating safety distance of wires by winding the wires longer in an S shape through supporting protrusions even through the wires escaping from the core is damaged by the soldering heat of the terminal part. According to the present invention, a terminal base for a transformer on which a core having a drum shape is mounted is provided, wherein the recessed accommodating space for accommodating the core is formed on one side of the terminal base, the core fixing protrusions are respectively formed to protrude at four edges on the recessed accommodating space, wire openings are formed on both sides of the one side respectively, the supporting protrusions are formed to support the terminal base while being used for winding, in the S shape, the wires escaping through the wire openings from the core on the other side of the terminal base, and a plurality of connection terminals are protruding to be connected to the wires escaping through the wire openings from the core.
