The present invention relates to a man-powered ground cleaning device which maintains a good working environment by perfectly removing dust from a curing concrete surface and preventing dust from being scattered when constructing a bicycle road, etc., and prevents air pollution by filtering out dust, which was generated when cleaning the ground, and discharging clean air into the atmosphere. The present invention comprises the following parts: a power source generating torque; a cylindrical rotator where brushes are radially fixed to the surface to sweep away the dust of a floor part, and which receives generated torque from the power source and rotates around a horizontal rotary shaft; a housing which is formed in the shape of a container where a part of the top and bottom is open, accommodates the rotator at the inside and allows a part of the rotator to be drawn out through the open portion at the bottom, and where a dust collection space, which collects dust, is individually formed at the front and back of a rotator accommodating portion; a moving unit which moves the housing through man power; a suction fan which is installed at the top open portion of the housing and sucks in dust flowing into the housing; and a dust filter which is fixed to one upper side of the housing, filters out dust which was sucked in by the suction fan, and discharges only clean air into the atmosphere. |
