The element (1) has a decoration layer (2) comprising a back and a front, and a flexible and translucent reinforcement layer (4) extended on back of the decoration layer. The reinforcement layer is placed on a translucent support element (14). A portion of the decoration layer has a thickness (e) arranged to allow the decoration layer in order to allow light coming from a side of the back to cross the portion towards the front. A light source is connected to a light guide formed by optical fiber (16) that is arranged to transmit the light from the source towards the front. The support element is made of a mixture of translucent plastic material fibers and natural fibers.
