PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing an angiotensin II-receptor antagonist and a thiazide diuretic which has an improved stability of the angiotensin II-receptor antagonist over the commercialized drugs (compound drugs).SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition includes an angiotensin II-receptor antagonist and a thiazide diuretic and does not includes lactose as a diluent. There is provided a pharmaceutical composition including an angiotensin II-receptor antagonist and a thiazide diuretic having an improved stability of the angiotensin II-receptor antagonist over the commercialized drugs (compound drugs).
