PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing reduction of working efficiency of mounting/removal work of a foaming heat insulating member, even if a hot water storage tank is enlarged.SOLUTION: A foaming heat insulation member 30 is provided with a first tube part 50 covering an outer peripheral surface in an axial lower part of a hot water storage tank 22, and a second tube part 70 covering an outer peripheral surface on an axial upper part of the hot water storage tank 22, and the fist tube part 50 and the second tube part 70 are provided with a left side part (52, 72) and right side part (54, 74), respectively. The first tube part 50 (the first left side part 52 and the first right side part 54), and the second tube part 70 (the second left side part 72 and the second right side part 74) are held by being pressed, by a bottom surface part 40, a ring part 60 and an upper surface part 80, in a hot water storage tank 22 direction. |
