PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction that materializes a construction for retaining an adsorbent in a pressing manner with an appropriate elastic force without excessively compressing and deforming an elastic molding material on the assumption that the elastic molding material such as urethane foam is used in place of a metal spring.SOLUTION: Urethane foam 15 as an elastic molding material and a grid-like grid 18 as a retainer member are arranged so as to stack on an adsorbent 4 filled into a case body 2. A toothed protruded part 23 on the grid 18 side is fastened in the same principle as a spiral advancing operation of a screw with respect to a toothed groove part 20 on the case body side. The grid 18 is stopped at a stepwise optional position by meshing of both teeth themselves and an appropriate elastic force is applied to an urethane foam 15 to prevent excessive compressive deformation beforehand.
