PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covered wire with a terminal subjected to anti-corrosion treatment by an anticorrosive agent which is easy to flow during application and is hard after the application and is excellent in shape maintenance, and a wire harness.SOLUTION: In a covered wire 1 with a terminal, an electric connection part 6 has an anti-corrosion part covered with an anticorrosive agent 7 made of a resin composition, the anticorrosive agent 7 is a resin composition in which a thixotropy index shown in the following formula as a ratio of viscosity when a rotation number is low rotation of 0.2 rpm to viscosity when a rotation number of is high rotation of 2.0 rpm has 1.1 or more when measured by using a circular cone and parallel type rotational viscometer, the viscosity during low rotation of the anticorrosive agent is 900 mPa s or more, and the viscosity during high rotation of the anticorrosive agent is within the range of 600-100000 mPa s.
