The conductor (1) has a posterior conductor end (2) continuously tapered to a leading conductor end (3). A locking element (8) i.e. catching hook, is formed to an outer ring of a ball bearing. A holding unit is connected with a control element. An integrated retainer (12) i.e. holder, is used for a rigid circuit board on which a light source i.e. LED, is arranged. The locking element is received at the posterior conductor end. An uneven light exit region (14) is formed at the leading conductor end. A recess receives the light source. An independent claim is also included for a control element.
