The control device has an air-quantity boosting valve device (9) whose inlet (9.2) is connected with compressed air supply terminal and outlet is connected with power port (28). A bi-stable valve (5) includes outlet (5.2) which is directly connected with control input (9.1) of air-quantity boosting valve device.
