Disclosed are a reception device and method for multiple network-based simultaneous data transmission and a transmission device and method for multiple network-based simultaneous data transmission in an environment which provides a simultaneous transmission service for transmitting and receiving partial data produced by partitioning data using a plurality of multiple networks, wherein independent network transmission sequence information for transmission sequence is inserted into each of the partial data by network; a receiving party calculates a reorder rate for each network based on the network transmission sequence information of the partial data received for each network; and a transmission party temporarily repeats and transmits partial data to be transmitted to a poor-quality network using the other networks on the basis of each network reorder rate, thereby improving the transmission performance and quality of the simultaneous transmission service.
