PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high-level compatibility between the water resistance and air permeability of a porous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film.SOLUTION: There is provided a porous PTFE film satisfying the following expressions regarding the Frazier number F [cm/sec/cm] and the water pressure resistance R [MPa]: 0.2≤F≤4.0; 0.2≤R≤1.0; and R≥-0.1F+0.5. The porous PTFE film may be a single layer film and has characteristics suitable for waterproof air-permeable member. |
