PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control power to be supplied to power load means by considering a power demand/supply situation.SOLUTION: A HEMS 30 acquires a power demand/supply forecasting value for contrasting a power supply forecasting value and power demand forecasting value in a region to which system power 12 is supplied, from an information center 80. The HEMS 30 previously stores the order of priority of power load means, to which the system power 12 is supplied, such as a refrigerator 20, air conditioner 22, and television 24; and controls power supply to the power load means according to the stored order of priority, when the power demand forecasting value to the power supply forecasting value in the acquired power demand/supply forecasting value exceeds a predetermined threshold. |
