<p>The purpose of the present invention is to ensure sufficient braking performance by generating a braking force in response to high speeds and large masses to be able to mitigate deceleration reaction time during braking. Moreover, in compliance with overseas standards, the purpose is to ensure two consecutive braking events using the same brake shoes.
