<p>[Problem] To produce a zoom lens in which compactness has been maintained while increasing the magnification to 100X or more and widening the angle, and achieving higher performance throughout the whole zoom range. [Solution] This zoom lens comprises, in order from the object side, a positive first lens group (G1) that is fixed when changing the magnification, a negative second lens group (G2) that moves when changing the magnification, a positive third lens group (G3) that moves when changing the magnification, and a positive fourth lens group (G4) that is fixed when changing the magnification. When changing the magnification from wide angle to telephoto, the imaging magnifications of the second and third lens groups each pass the -1X point simultaneously. The second lens group (G2) comprises, in order from the object side, a negative 2a lens group (G2a) and a positive 2b lens group (G2b) that move independently when changing the magnification. The third lens group (G3) comprises, in order from the object side, a positive 3a lens group (G3a) and a positive 3b lens group (G3b) that move independently when changing the magnification.</p> |
