摘要 A conventional drying apparatus using high frequency dielectric heating is not appropriate for manufacturing a plate shape heat insulator cover with curved surfaces for the heat retaining or insulation of a large sized tank by using a pressurization drying method. So, in the present invention, a vertical pressurization type high frequency drying apparatus can press and dry a product such that the product can have the same curvature as the shape of the external curved surface of the large sized tank by using an upper pressing mold and a lower pressing mold, ascendable and descendable. The drying apparatus can reduce an energy consumption in the high frequency dielectric heating by reducing the pressure within a drying chamber via a vacuum unit, can increase the speed in reducing or raising the pressure within the drying chamber by forming the vacuum unit dually with a first pipe and a second pipe, can heat only the moisture included within the insulator cover by generating the high frequency of 13.56 MHz or 27.12 MHz at the high frequency unit, can enhance the airtightness of the drying chamber by installing an assistance rail, ascendable or descendable by an air cylinder, at a portion where a first feeding rail is in contact with the door, and can perform continuously processes by alternately supplying or discharging cartridges via a second feeding rail connected in two directions to the first feeding rail.
