The present invention relates to a vitamin E-polyethylene glycol-vitamin B3 conjugate and to an antioxidant comprising same. The vitamin E-polyethylene glycol-vitamin B3 conjugate according to the present invention has improved solubility with respect to water and is stable and has a toxicity reducing effect and thus constitutes an outstanding source of supply of vitamin E and vitamin B3, and so can effectively be used in an anti-ageing, wrinkle-softening and whitening cosmetic composition, an anti-ageing pharmaceutical composition, an anti-ageing functional health food or the like.
