PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowmeter having a small individual difference.SOLUTION: A flowmeter includes: a capillary 5 through which a fluid flows; a first heat conduction film 11 arranged on the surface of the capillary 5; a first heat-sensitive resistive element 12 arranged on the first heat conduction film 11; a second heat conduction film 21 arranged on the capillary 5 and spaced from the first heat conduction film 11; and a second heat-sensitive resistive element 22 arranged on the second heat conduction film 21. Further, the first heat-sensitive resistive element 12 includes a first fixing member made of an electric insulator and a first platinum resistor inserted inside the first fixing member, and the second heat-sensitive resistive element includes a second fixing member made of an electric insulator and a second platinum resistor inserted inside the second fixing member. |
