PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect in high sensitivity Sesamum oriental, melons which are included in the specific plants, and tuna, yellowtail, taste, cod, kite, and scallop which are included in the specific animals which might cause allergy even if the amounts are small, when the specific plants and specific animals are contained in the raw materials of foods and products and the like.SOLUTION: There is provided specific primers for respective detection objects of Sesamum oriental, melons which are included in the specific plants, and tuna, yellowtail, taste, cod, kite, and scallop which are included in the specific animals which might cause allergy. Additionally, using the primers, when the specific plants and specific animals are contained in the raw materials of foods and products and the like, there are provided detection methods for the specific plants and specific animals which are detected in high sensitivity even if the amounts are small. |
