PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element excellent in photoelectric conversion efficiency, and a solar cell using the same.SOLUTION: The organic photoelectric conversion element comprises a first electrode, a bulk-heterojunction photoelectric conversion layer containing a p-type organic semiconductor material and an n-type organic semiconductor material, and a second electrode in this order. The photoelectric conversion layer contains carbon nanotubes which is surface-modified so that the work function of the surface thereof is larger than that of the carbon nanotubes themselves. |
