PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for supporting an end batch gas reception service by automatically calculating the gas charge of each gas recipient.SOLUTION: The support system includes: a gas consumption amount detection device installed in each house of a plurality of gas clients constituting a client group and an information processing system constituted to acquire the detection data of the gas consumption amount detection device. The information processing system includes: an end batch gas charge acquisition part for acquiring the information of end batch gas charge to be determined on the basis of the gas consumption consumed by a whole client group; an individual gas consumption amount acquisition part for acquiring the information of the individual gas consumption amount of each gas client constituting the client group on the basis of the detection data of the gas consumption amount detection device; and an individual gas charge calculation part for calculating the individual gas charge of each gas client of the client group on the basis of the information of the end batch gas charge and the information of the individual gas consumption amount.
