PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter which enables a user to easily draw out a cellophane tape by one hand, and is easily carried since a tape cutter body need not be made heavy considering that the conventional tape cutter is inconvenient since the tape cutter body must be made heavy or the user must press the tape cutter by one hand and draw out the cellophane tape by the other hand in order to prevent the tape cutter from moving when drawing out the cellophane tape.SOLUTION: A polyurethane resin plate 2 is attached to the bottom of the tape cutter, and pushed against an installation surface to be brought into contact therewith. Accordingly, the tape cutter is fixed on the installation surface, and the cellophane tape is drawn out without slipping when it is drawn out. |
