PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generating article with excellent handleability, which enables a heater of a type to be stuck to the skin to be bent and compactly housed inside an exterior body.SOLUTION: A heat generating article 100 includes a heater 1 and an exterior body 3 for housing the heater 1. On the outer surface of a first sheet 11 of the heater 1, a pair of first adhesive layers 14 and a pair of second adhesive layers 15 are provided. Between the pair of separated first adhesive layers 14, the pair of second adhesive layers 15 are separately disposed along the separating direction of the pair of first adhesive layers. Then, in the plan view from the side of the first sheet 11, a heating element 13 is positioned between the first adhesive layer 14 and the second adhesive layer 15. The pair of first adhesive layers 14 and the pair of second adhesive layers 15 are separately disposed holding a virtual line therebetween. On the virtual line, the adhesive layer is not provided. The heater 1 is provided with release paper 2 covering the pair of first adhesive layers 14 and the pair of second adhesive layers 15, and the heater 1 is housed in the exterior body 3 in the state of being bent along the virtual line such that the adhesive layers 14 and 15 are on the inner side. |
