PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operator allocation setting device for more appropriately extracting operators to make the operators engage in a work, and for preliminarily preventing the occurrence of such a failure as an accident in a new work.SOLUTION: A processing level including at least either accuracy or speed when operators engage in a work and result information showing the results of examinations which the operators have taken are recorded for every operator in a recording part 3, and a necessary number of persons when the operators perform a new work is set, and the processing level required for performing the new work and a grade level required when the operators perform the new work are acquired, and operators who should engage in the new work are extracted on the basis of the processing level and the grade level, and whether or not the extracted operators correspond to the required number of persons is determined, and when the determination result is positive, the extracted operator information is output. |
