PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea leaf plucker having a simple structure capable of directly feeding branches and leaves discharged from a conveyance duct to a housing device or a reaping and discharging device.SOLUTION: A tea leaf plucker 1 includes a reaping device for reaping branches and leaves of tea trees with facing the upper surface of a tea tree ridge and a conveyance duct for conveying the reaped branches and leaves to a travelling vehicle body forward travelling with straddling the tea tree ridge. On the rear side of the conveyance duct, a back plate 52 formed with a communication hole 52b communicating with a discharge port of the conveyance duct is installed, and an upper plate 54 and a lower plate 57 are installed, in the vertical direction to be rotatable, to the upper end and the lower end of the back plate 52 above the communication hole 52b. A net-like and deformable housing cylindrical part 61 which passes air but does not pass the branches and leaves is removably attached among the upper plate 54, the lower plate 57 and the back plate 52. A space capable of housing the branches and leaves is formed in a space surrounded by the upper plate 54, the lower plate 57, the back plate 52 and the housing cylindrical part 61. The upper plate 54 has an opening covered with a net which passes air but does not pass the branches and leaves. |
