PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing conductive tin oxide aqueous sol having high transparency.SOLUTION: In a method for producing conductive tin oxide aqueous sol in which tertiary alkyl amine is mixed with tin oxide aqueous sol, and the mixture is subjected to hydrothermal treatment at 100-350°C, the tertiary alkyl amine to be mixed preferably has the molar ratio of 0.05-0.10 with respect to tin atoms in the tin oxide aqueous sol. The tin oxide aqueous sol is preferably tin oxide aqueous sol produced by reacting hydrogen peroxide with metal tin in an aqueous solution of an organic acid, while keeping the molar ratio of the hydrogen peroxide/metal tin in the range of 2-3. |
