A vane pump (100), a vane turbine, including a rotor having vanes mounted so as to be freely slidable in radial slots, wherein either end of said assembly is accommodated in two rotary sleeves, respectively, said rotary sleeves being mounted so as to be freely rotatable in the pump/turbine, the latter including a static plate (630) for dispensing a fluid that can be suctioned and delivered by the pump/turbine during the rotation of the rotor, wherein said plate is provided between said rotary sleeves. Each rotary sleeve (400) has, in a longitudinal section, a bell-shaped cross-section having a cylindrical wall (410), with the inner surface of which the free edge of the vanes (210) can engage, said cylindrical wall being closed on one side by a side wall (420) with which one of the side edges of the vanes (210) and the rotor (200) engage. |
