PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated thin film which can restrain wrinkles from appearing when the films with a thickness of 25 μm or less are stacked and which has a good appearance, and the like.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a laminated thin film 10, the laminated thin film is manufactured through steps including: a first thin film sticking step of forming a pressure sensitive adhesive layer on one surface of a masking film and sticking thin films A with a thickness of 25 μm or less together via the pressure sensitive adhesive layer; an adhesive layer forming step of forming an adhesive layer on the thin film; a drying step of drying the adhesive layer; a second thin film sticking step of sticking a thin film B with a thickness of 25 μm or less together on the adhesive layer after drying; and a peeling and removal step of peeling and removing the masking film. The adhesion of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer is in the range of 5-250 N/m, and the tensile strength of the masking film is in the range of 20-300 MPa. |
