The present invention relates to a manufacturing system of solid fuel using food waste. The present invention decomposes the crushed materials of waste plastic, waste vinyl and waste tires by using an indirect heating method; removes the smells of oil catalytically generated from the materials while maintaining color thereof constant; separates the thermally decomposed product into oil and liquid after cooling the product; stores the oil separated by an oil/water separator in an oil tank after removing foreign materials and conducting purification and filtration; discharging only clean air outside after purifying gas being generated in the process of the thermal decomposition in a reaction cauldron; uses mixed combustible gas as fuel in the reaction cauldron and a drier after separating the mixed combustible gas in the process of receiving and treating the separated liquid and foreign materials not thermally decomposed yet in the reaction cauldron; enables the prompt drying at a high temperature of food waste being supplied into a drying unit by drying the food waste to a moisture content below 30% with heat being generated in a boiler using the filtered oil and gas as fuel in the process of heating a heat medium circulating along a heat medium pipe to a temperature of 300 to 380°C; and produces, in a pellet molding unit, solid fuel in the shape of a pellet from materials mixed with 10 to 30 wt% of carbon waste extracted from the reaction cauldron and a waste treatment unit by separating and crushing the foreign materials of dried food waste passed from the drying unit [Reference numerals] (1) Raw material tank;(10) Cooler;(12) Oil/water separator;(14) Waste treatment unit;(17) First Foreign material removal tank;(20) First purification tank;(25) Oil tank;(27) First filtration tank;(28) Cooling water tank;(31) Smoke purifier;(34) Gas separator;(38) Heating furnace;(4) Filtration tank;(40) Drier;(42) Second foreign material removal tank;(44) Second purification tank;(46) Second filtration tank;(50) Boiler;(52) Heat medium pipe;(53) Hopper;(54) Drying unit;(56) Foreign material remover;(57) Grinder;(58) Pellet molding unit;(7) Reaction cauldron;(9) Catalyst supply part;(AA) Food waste;(BB) Solid fuel;(CC) Oil;(DD) Gas |
