Cooling efficiency is improved by a simple composition when applying a structure of front/rear intake and exhaust way. A first circuit board unit is arranged in the horizontal direction in the front side of a relay circuit board with the relay circuit board in the middle inside a case; a cooling unit and a second circuit board unit are arranged side by side in the rear side of the relay circuit board; a first air path which is brought to the cooling unit through the opening of the relay circuit board after supplying electricity to each unit from a power source unit through the relay circuit board and passing intake air which comes in from the intake port of the front side of the first circuit board through the first circuit board unit in the case; a second air path which is brought to the cooling unit from the vent of a section installed in the flank of the first circuit board unit after passing intake air which comes in from the intake port of the front side of the case through the flank of the first circuit board unit; and the second circuit board is arranged in the middle of the second air path.
