According to the present invention, the apparatus for generating a wire saw (10) by plating a nickel (13) and a diamond particle (15) on a steel wire (11) comprises: a pre-processor (20) for washing the steel wire (11) while transferring the steel wire (11) on an electrode (24); a plating unit (30) for inducing the washed steel wire (11) to a composite plating bath (31); and a post-processor (40) for flushing the plated wire saw (10). Accordingly, convenience of a task is improved based on a horizontal line, and a mass production speed of a product is maximized by introducing multiple wire lines, and materials are reduced since diamond particles are not piled up due to a section circulating method of the composite plating bath.
