A light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises; a light emitting structure including a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer underneath the first conductive semiconductor layer, a second conductive semiconductor layer underneath the active layer; a reflective electrode arranged under the light emitting structure; a first metal layer arranged under the reflective electrode and electrically connected to the second conductive semiconductor layer; a second metal layer arranged under the reflective electrode and insulated from the first metal layer; and a contact portion for electrically connecting the second metal layer and the first conductive semiconductor layer. |
