Small electric devices such as a cellular phone can maintain the full-charged state when time for charging is longer than time for using as the small electric devices can be fully charged by the exposure for 5 hours. Therefore, the necessity for various kinds of charging devices is reduced so that expenses such as standardization, production costs, and disposal expense is reduced and enough power can be supplied by using a built-in battery or one battery. Furthermore, charging devices of the electric devices provide no inconvenience and can be charged anywhere as the electric devices are reacted by visual rays and ultraviolet rays so that the charging devices can be simple. |
