Curved pre-formed hose and method and device for producing curved pre-formed hoses

The method involves connecting a flexible hose blank (1) with a deformable molding tool (2), and transferring the hose blank and the molding tool into a curved state by a deformation process. A shape of the hose blank connected to the molding tool is fixed in the curved state for formation of a curved form hose. The hose and the molding tool are transferred into a separation state by the deformation process. The hose and the molding tool are separated from each other in the separation state, where the molding tool is elastically or plastically deformed by a bending process. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a form hose (2) a device for manufacturing a curved form hose.
