The present invention relates to a cutting insert self-clamping type indexable drill. A tool body (100) comprises a twin finger (110) which is formed in two branches at the top end thereof; a seat (113) which is formed in the middle of the twin finger (110) and where a cutting insert (200) is seated; a finger pressing surface (130) which is formed on one side surface of the twin finger (110); and a finger connecting surface (140) which is formed on the inner surface of the twin finger (110) and whose entry part entering based on an insertion direction of the cutting insert (200) into the tool body (100) is formed in a narrow horn shape. The cutting insert (200) comprises an upper body (210) having cutting edges (211, 212) for performing a cutting process and a seat (113) to be seated on a seating surface (213); an insert pressing surface (230) which is formed on one side of the upper body (210) and is transmitted with power by being in contact with the finger pressing surface (130); and an insert connecting surface (240) whose entry part entering based on the insertion direction of the cutting insert (200) into the tool body (100) is formed in a large horn shape on the outer surface of the upper body (210). When the cutting insert (200) is inserted into the tool body (100) and mounted by rotating, the finger connecting surface (140) and the insert connecting surface (240) are connected in order to realize the same center between the tool body (100) and the cutting insert (200), to realize cohesion, and to prevent the separation of the cutting insert (200).
